How does LoopDeco’s pick up service work?

Out goal is to make donating unwanted furniture as easy as possible. When you are ready to donate an item:

1. Submit a pick up request through the above form.

2. Our team will follow up and provide an estimate for removal. If you accept the estimate, we will get you scheduled and pick up your furniture within 24-48 hours.

3. If the items meet The Houston Furniture Bank’s donation criteria we will deliver the items to one of their donation centers.

Are pick ups with LoopDeco tax deductible?

Any items we pick up from your home that are accepted for donation will be tax deductible. After delivering items to Houston Furniture Bank you will receive a copy of a donation receipt.

What if I don’t want to pay LoopDeco’s fees?

LoopDeco is a for-profit business and covers pick-up expenses through our removal fees. For donors who need furniture removed quickly, our service is a great way to have items removed and donated.

If you are willing to wait for a pickup, Houston Furniture Bank can help remove up to 8 items for a $99 fee. You can request a pick-up with them and check their availability here.

Do you provide in-home pick up?

Yes we do!

Are your pick up teams vetted?

Yes! All teams are background checked and insured.

What is your relationship with Houston Furniture Bank?

LoopDeco partners with Houston Furniture Bank to help keep more furniture out of landfills and in local communities. LoopDeco uses its service network to complete these pick-ups. Houston Furniture Bank is not responsible for pick-ups completed by LoopDeco.

What happens if I have an issue with my pick up?
